Purchases are eligible for returns within 30 days of purchase. All clearance items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
We are happy to exchange your gear within 30 days from delivery date. If more than 30 days since delivery, we are unable to offer an exchange. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in new, unworn, unwashed condition. We reserve the right to reject a return or exchange if its condition is such that the item cannot be resold. To expedite the process, we recommend placing a new order for the item/size you're looking for, and returning the other item to us directly for a refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email to acknowledge receipt. You will also be notified if your request has been processed. Any item that is damaged, is not in its original condition, contains animal or human hair, is returned more than 30 days after delivery, or is returned for other reasons not due to our error is ineligible for a refund.
