Columbus, Ohio – Following a fourth straight loss to Michigan on Saturday, an incident in adolescence wherein Ohio State head coach Ryan Day’s bike was stolen from in front of his house has fallen out of the top-25 worst things that have ever happened in his life.

“Not really a surprise with this one,” said Joel Klatt via his YouTube show shortly after this week’s rankings were revealed on Tuesday night.

“We fully expected this to happen on the off chance that the overmatched Wolverines were able topple the Bucks once again in the Horseshoe.”

Klatt continued, “It’s a tough thing to go through, for sure, but at the end of the day, it wasn’t even that cool of a bike. It was a Schwinn—not even a Haro or Dyno VFR—and it was replaced shortly thereafter.”

“Life’s long, there’s still time for the bike theft to be hanging around at the end of this thing, but right now, it’s trending in the wrong direction, so I would have to say I agree with where it’s ranked at this moment in time,” Klatt concluded.
